A loong newborn session- Brooklyn Newborn Photography

People are always so surprised when I tell them how long a newborn session can take- a typical one can last up to three hours. We spend lots of time waiting for the baby to fall asleep, finishing feedings, etc. Well, this little guy refused to stay asleep despite the fact that he was so tired. We were almost ready to admit defeat but decided to give him a few more minutes. And what do you know, after nearly three hours he finally gave in and fell into a deep sleep so we were able to get some precious portraits. I’m sure mom will agree that it was worth it in the end!
