As we near the end of our longest lockdown here in Rockland County, I wanted to share some of the safety precautions we’ll be putting into place once we get the go ahead to reopen our newborn studio. Ensuring the safety of all our clients has always been a top priority, but we are adding on new policies to make sure you and your new baby stay safe during and after your portrait session.
- The studio will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every single session. All surfaces in the studio and bathroom will be cleaned with disinfectant, including doorknobs, chairs, light switches, etc.
- All fabric props that come into contact with baby will be washed and dried, and all hard props such as baskets, bowls etc will be wiped down thoroughly with disinfectant.
- Before a session, I will wash my hands with soap in addition to using hand sanitizer as needed throughout the session. I will wear a mask throughout the session as well.
- To pose parents and siblings I will stay behind my camera and direct you verbally, without coming into contact with anyone.
- We ask that you notify us if anyone is the household is sick or has symptoms of the virus, and we will do the same.
