For some reason, this week every upsherin boy coming in for a session has had a little sister around the age of a year. I guess its one of those weird coincidences! Anyway, these two siblings were just gorgeous. Their dark skin and dark hair photographed so beautifully.

I just loved the color scheme mom chose for her family’s session yesterday. It was so refreshing to get some real color in the studio, not to mention how gorgeous their dark skin looked with the yellow! Oh, and those deep chocolate brown eyes on the kids…heaven!

Today’s model was the sweetest little thing! Although seven weeks is not usually the best age to photograph babies, the mom was insistent on capturing her infant’s tiny-ness (just invented that word) and newness, and the baby was actually pretty good throughout the whole session. Here are some shots that I just love!
